There are also climbers, steppers, spinning cycles and Cardio Wave machines to help raise your fitness levels. You can also make the most of our specialised strength training area offering a large selection of free weights. We have introduced new Power Plates, a fast and effective way to shape up used by A-list celebrities including Elle McPherson and Claudia Schiffer. We're the first purpose-built indoor tennis tournament venue in the UK, with eight indoor acrylic courts and two outdoor floodlit clay courts, all of the highest standards.
